Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account information: your email address, the company name you sign up with, and your role in a workspace.
• Workspace content: products, prices, customers and quotes you or your team enter, including customer names and email addresses you send quotes to.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and a Stripe customer ID; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Technical data: sign-in session cookies (needed to keep you signed in) and basic server logs such as IP address and request time, used for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

• to provide the Service: sign-in, quoting, approvals, PDFs and quote emails;
• to bill your subscription;
• to keep the Service secure and fix problems;
• to contact workspace owners about their account or important changes.

We do not sell personal information.

3. Service providers

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Supabase: database and sign-in
• Vercel: hosting
• Stripe: payments
• Resend: sign-in and quote emails

These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States.

4. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and each workspace's data is isolated at the database level so other workspaces cannot read it. Access within a workspace follows the roles its owner assigns.

5. Retention

We keep workspace data while the workspace is active. After a workspace is closed, we delete its data on request, or within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records for legal or billing reasons.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Customers whose details were entered by a workspace should contact that workspace first. Email us at support@cpqmodulex.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. If a change is material we will notify workspace owners by email before it takes effect.
