Terms of Service

1. The Service

CPQ ModuleX is quoting software that helps your team price products, enforce minimum prices, route discounts for approval, and send quotes to your customers. We may improve or change features over time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• Workspace owners control who joins their workspace and what role each member has.
• You are responsible for activity in your workspace.

3. Subscription and payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Owners can cancel or update billing at any time from the Team page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable.
• If payment fails or a subscription ends, you can still view your data, but creating new quotes is paused.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into the Service (products, prices, customers, quotes). You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to upload any customer information you enter.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the Service;
• send spam or unsolicited messages through the quote email feature;
• try to access other workspaces' data, probe, or disrupt the Service;
• resell or copy the Service without our written permission.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Prices and calculations shown by the Service should be reviewed by you before you send a quote.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. After a workspace is closed you may ask us to export or delete its data.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify workspace owners by email before it takes effect.

10. Governing law and contact
